BTM Re-Rental Program

For Portable Restroom Operators, the purchase of a restroom trailer probably means you're ready to meet the changing market demands. At Black Tie Manufacturing, (BTM) we believe that one of the very first questions on any restroom equipment buyers’ mind would be "what resources can I use to set up rental opportunities?". Fortunately for our customers, BTM has developed its own unique "Buyer Re-Rental Program".

When you purchase a mobile restroom trailer from Black Tie Manufacturing, you become listed as a rental resource to our affiliate, Black Tie Event Services, Inc. (BTES). BTES is an event service company that rents restroom and shower trailers nationally. Their "restroom lead generation network" presents many rental opportunities nationwide. Many of these opportunities are logistically impractical for BTES to entertain and consequently, by using the BTM customer base as a resource, BTES is able to match potential rental engagements to a BTM customer. The job and its particulars will be presented to you and you then decide whether to proceed. BTES will rent the trailer from you, and in most cases, contract with you to provide other event services to its customer.
