Re-Rental Program that works - Black Tie Manufacturing's (BTM) affiliation with Black Tie Event Services, Inc. allows us to pass genuine business leads to our customers. BTES’ powerful Website constantly provides rental opportunities for BTES and BTM customers. These prospects are actively pursued by BTES staff and result in rental jobs. This is a comprehensive lead system and not merely a referral network.
Roof design – The BTM design allows for material flexing due to weather and travel conditions without compromising roof integrity. Because of the pitch and materials used water will never damage your walls or floor. Your unit will always be ready for rental.
Stairs do not fold up - BTM’s steel and aluminum stairs slide-out and offer strength and durability. Pins, brackets and other hardware are not needed, and won’t be left behind on event breakdown. Level ground is not required for stable performance.
No stainless steel cabinets/vanities - BTM uses poplar wood painted white in its OPTIMUM series for its cabinetry. This results in easy maintenance and clean up and leaves a clean appearance. No water or soap stains or endless scrubbing needed to improve the appearance of stainless steel.
Weight – The BTM trailers are engineered to travel lighter. The plastic waste tank is an integral part of keeping the weight of the BTM trailers lighter than the competition.
Exterior – A single sheet of .040 Filon is used on all sides of the BTM trailer. This provides a clean, seamless look that is easy to maintain (and repair). No dings or screws will be seen on these trailers. It also makes the application and removal of advertising materials and logos a snap.
Mechanic’s Room – Every trailer BTM makes includes a mechanic’s room. The BTES event operators demanded this feature during our design phase. All water and power controls, tools and supplies are locked on site. During inclement weather, your operator will really appreciate this feature.
OPTIMUM interior – Because of the bright interior and open space, the BTM OPTIMUM has more event flexibility than the others. When all of your ELTIA units are rented, your OPTIMUM dresses up to meet your other event needs.
Design Flexibility – BTM knows that every customer is different and offers to modify its standard trailers to customer needs.
